Using Your MP3 Frequencies
To ensure the most effective therapy experience, please follow the guidelines below for using your 5 MP3 frequencies:
Frequency Listening Schedule:
Duration: Listen for 8 minutes, three times daily, for 14 days.
Device: Use earbuds or a headset exclusively. Avoid sharing your frequencies with others.
Suggested Routine:
Morning: Begin your day on a positive note.
Midday: Take a break for a refreshing session.
Evening: Conclude your day with a calming listening session.
Best Practices:
Environment: Find a quiet, comfortable spot to sit.
Hydration: Keep a glass of water nearby.
Focus: Avoid distractions to engage with the frequencies fully.
Note: Falling asleep while listening is completely fine.
